Robin and Willie Blazer opened the distillery in 2010 in Ennis, Montana, growing the distillery from a small tasting room to a destination craft distillery with a national sales footprint. Being flanked by the Tobacco Root Mountains, the Madison Range, and the Gravelly Range, Ennis is the perfect basecamp for a wide variety of outdoor recreation. Most notably, Ennis is known as one of the best destinations for fly fishing in the United States, with visitors coming from all over to fish the Madison, a blue-ribbon trout stream.
